Ticket Booking Terms
To gain entry to this event you must present your ticket at the point of entry. Car park tickets are only valid with an accompanying show pass. You can either present a printed version of your ticket, or show it on your smartphone / tablet to gain entry to the event. Please see below for more details about printed tickets.
Your ticket must be printed with the QR code clearly visible. Multi-Mission Expo is not responsible for any tickets that are not printed correctly. If the Scanner cannot scan the code on the ticket because of bad print quality you will not be able to enter the show.
If you are not able to print your ticket and do not have a smart phone please contact us at email@example.com to have a ticket sent to you in the post.
If you have questions about booking online or experience a problem purchasing your tickets please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have purchased tickets but can no longer attend, or you’ve simply changed your mind about coming, you aren’t automatically entitled to a refund. Ticket refunds will be issued at our discretion and, depending on your method of payment, may incur an administration fee. Please contact us directly at email@example.com with your request.
