You can add additional people to your ticket during booking. Simply select a One, Two or Three Day Pass and then use the drop-down option on the next page to enter the names of people to include on your ticket (including yourself). If you are not attending the show with the people you have bought tickets for, they will need to have their ticket with them either on their mobile or in printed form to gain entry to the show.
In most cases no. But at checkout you will be taken through to the PayPal website as they handle all our payment processing. There you will be presented with the option to make payment using a PayPal account or to Check Out as a Guest and pay with a debit or credit card. The exceptions to this are if the email address you are using is already associated with a PayPal account or if you have used PayPal’s guest checkout very recently on another website. In these cases PayPal may not present you with the option to use your credit and debit card. But using an alternative email address should allow you select your payment method of choice.

Pilots arriving by air will be subject to paying landing fees directly to Wycombe Air Park. These fees are determined by Wycombe Air Park. Pilots and their passengers will then receive free ticket entry to the event. You can reserve your fly-in slot online and we will re-confirm your slot details by email a week before the event.
To give all pilots a fair chance at reserving a landing slot that suits them our online booking system limits you to reserving a single landing slot booking across the three days of the show. If you share an aircraft and find that you aren’t able to book slot because the aircraft already exists in our system, please get in touch with the team – Roxana@avbuyer.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your aircraft (model and registration), preferred arrival time, departure airfield, contact phone number and the name of the pilot.
You can amend or cancel your fly-in booking at any time before 8am on 10 June 2020 by following the link in your original booking confirmation email or by visiting the Slot Editing Page. After that date you will need to contact the airfield directly for any changes to your arrival plans.
If poor weather or other circumstances prevent you flying in on the day, but you still intend to visit the show, you and any accompanying passengers will need a valid show ticket which can be booked online or purchased on the gate.
If you require additional help please email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
